Where is it written
that Social Security has to be self funding?
Why can't Social Secuirty be like WAR SPENDING .....and just leach off the taxpayers, like every other pork barrel program in Washington...
And, Social Secuirty HELPS real people!
Not just the military-industrial welfare class and the lobbyists!
Talk about raising the cap on the payroll tax is fine....but what about a cut in the War Budget, which seems to be getting us deeper and deeper into trouble under Dubya and the Neocons?
And, these 50 year projections are just nuts!
Who knows what the world will be like in 50 years.....? (My hunch is that China will own America ....but what do I know?)
But one thing is certain....in 50 years Social Security will be THE HEALTHIEST PART OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.....!
IF CURRENT TRENDS OF REPUBLICAN "LOOT AND SCOOT" CONTINUE.....
Hopefully it won't....at some point folks will get fed up.
