My bet is on the Arabs. Unless Israel can reproduce faster than the surrounding Arab population...their Right to Exist may be allowed--even as their Need to Exist goes down the tubes...along with their Will to Exist.
Israel can not survive, longer term, merely as a "Club Med" retirement venue for weathly Jews from Europe and America... Sooner or later Zionism will become obsolete...simply a relic of 20th Century PostWar thinking in the '40's.
Is there a "new generation" of Zionists ready to take over from the dying 1940's crowd? What kind of Israel do these young Jews want...? A Jewish State? Or, maybe just a secular multi-cultrual Middle Eastern nation?
