Rove says no...Bubba is still stupid. But I'm not so sure. Americans are very very stupid...but I suspect they're not as stupid as Rove makes them out to be.

True the wars are providing "employment" for fly-over-country... But the Republican elites just see the "all voluteer military" as a long term gene pool enhancement program...!
