STATE OF THE DISUNION...
Poor Dubya...this speech has got to be his most difficult... Dubya's sudden lurch into "domestic policy" will be interesting...too bad he didn't realize the benefits of a good domestic agenda BEFORE he went on his dismal geopolitical adventure...!
