The "less informed" American Public tend to "get their news" from Fox News...and AM Hate Radio...for very complex social reasons... This is something that most foreigners don't realize...
Indeed, I would argue...even Obama ignores this vital electoral fact...
Hence, the "big surprise" of Scott Brown...!
Fox and AM Hate Radio...could be very boring if they continue to push the Big Lies and Hysteria...for the next months before the election...
Clearly the Progressives are right...MORALLY, HISTORICALLY, ECONOMICALLY, GEOPOLITICALLY... AND IN EVERY OTHER WAY...
The real issue is can the Republicans keep the BIG LIE MACHINE...AND THE HYSTERIA GOING...all the way to the electiion...
THE AMERICAN MEDIA IS MASSIVELY ULTRA-RIGHT WING...WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE "STRAIGHT" BROADCAST NEWS...AND MSNBC...
But will the "ignorant" American public somehow "wise up" to the Republican Fox News "game plan"...?
Not without a huge media blitz by Obama and the Progressives...Americans are very, very dense people.
The key issue is will Americans vote for Republicans...and thus...put the Media Freaks...Rush, Beck and Hannity in charge of the American agenda...after 2010...?
Or, perhaps worse... give the Fox News Crackpot Right a "veto" on any further progressive ideas...which will be needed to dig out of the massive economic depression caused by Bush/Cheney and the Republicans only a few years ago...
