We are promised by ORielly on Fox Network...that the Right Wing Radio and Fox Freaks will run wild if Health Care for Americans passes...
Further ORielly assumes that the "newspapers" are not read......and MainStream Cable Media...ie CNN and MSNBC..."are not watched"....
AND THAT ONLY... FOX NETWORK AND AM HATE RADIO COUNT IN THE AMERICAN POLITICAL PROCESS...
In short that the American Political Process is TOTALLY determined by the likes of Rush, Hannity, and Beck...
If this is true...and THE FOX FREAKS...can "deliver the vote" for Republicans in November...
Then America is in deeper trouble that anyone has yet imagined... Americans are very very stupid people...this is true.
But the suburban independent voters...are the swing vote at present....and it is not clear that this better educated voter is the DITTOHEAD MEDIA SLAVE of Fox News...and Rush Radio...that O'Rielly assumes...
The suburban independent voter is not a Rush Dittohead...yet...!
What the Democrats must recognize is that the news cycle is very different now...
DEMOCRATS NEED A MEDIA BLITZ TO COUNTER THE TOXIC HATE FROM FOX NEWS AND AM HATE RADIO...AND STARTING NOW...
This isn't a Walter Cronkite news cycle anymore.!!
AMERICANS LIKE THEIR POLITICAL COMMENTARY "FREAKY"...IN THIS AGE OF CABLE.
AND FOX PROVIDES THAT...
The Straight News programs areswamped by the FOX AND FREAKS format of news reportage...
MSNBC tries to compete...but rational and logical argument can never be as "interesting" as the Glenn Beck Freak Ho Hate-Fest...is with direct attacks and ridicule...
Progressives will never be able to "compete" with Fox on the level of pure "freakishness"...in news reporting.
They should not even try...
FURTHER, DIRECT ATTACKS ON FOX NEWS AND AM HATE RADIO...NEED TO COME FROM THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF THE PROGRESSIVE GOVERNMENT IN WASHINGTON...
AND I MEAN FROM OBAMA HIMSELF...
The notion that Fox and Rush are "merely" entertainment...is wrong...
The notion that Fox "freak-o-tainment" is not a threat...is why the Democrats "lost the message" in August during the Fox Network inspired "tea parties."
Yes...these freaks are not credible...but they can do great damage in the short run.
