The Cold War with Russia was a false test... Russia is a totally dysfuntional nation...they always have been...Not so the Chinese ...they were a great power for most of their history...A history which we never got around to in our western dominated history classes...!
Proof is the state of denial that Americans are still in about Free Trade...its killing the economy...but no one dares talk against it... We keep doing the same mistakes...and expect a different result...
