My hunch is that the media wants to keep Romney's hopes alive until November...just to fill air time...!

If it is revealed , this summer, that Romney as NO CHANCE of winning..before the Convention... Republicans will be discouraged from voting and the down ballot consequences will be huge...
Romney is on the wrong side of everything... I doubt he will get the Bubba Vote... Or the Old Folks...Senior vote...or the Religious Vote...because they don't really like Mormons or Business Men...especially when cutting Social Security is anywhere on the agenda...
Romney loses the young vote because he is anti-choice and anti-gay...which is not a big issue with younger voters...
As to Teabaggers Romney looks like the guy who owned the factory when the boss was told to fired your Dad...or You...!
And his hair looks like those pictures of your uncle who was killed in WWII...!
Finally Romney has the personality of a Mollusk...
Talking with Romney is like talking to your great aunt..the one with the blue hair that smells like cheese...and who you only see at weddings and funerals...!
