That said...this is a far worse Depression than in the 30's... In the 30's American Factories where just closed... Now they are in China...and they aren't coming back...
There is nothing in America to "stimulate" now...its all gone...even a war would not do it...unless it was a war with China...and was therefore a defacto "tariff"...
