When Dubya was selected for his first term, many Hollywood-types
threatened to leave the country in protest.
And, I'm sure that a few of them did spend an extra week at their
Villas in the South of France, after the 2000 election.
But, now that Dubya nearly has his catastrophic first term under his
belt;
With all of the predictable economic and geo-political disasters to
prove it!
PERHAPS, IT'S AGAIN TIME TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER GOING "EXPAT,"
AS "PLAN B."
IN THE EVENT "DUBYA II" IS IN THE OFFING?
Frankly, after Dubya's first term, I can't even imagine what Term Two
would look like!
I mean what's left to loot! Who'se left to invade!
WELL, HELP IS ON THE WAY!
THIS WEEKEND'S FT HAS AN ENTIRE "PROPERTY" SECTION ON GOING "EX PAT!"
Ahhh yes,....perhaps, I'll be posting from London soon....or maybe
Paris....Berlin is nice, and don't forget Prauge. And, I've always
wanted to spend some time in St Petersburg during the "White Nights."
I mean will Dubya's second term really be worth hanging around for?
Hmmmmm......? Perhaps it's better to just get out now, and quit
hoping that Bubba will come to his senses before the US economy is
picked clean and "exported" overseas?
And, I understand that India is NOW HIRING English speakers who have
a strong "Nebraska Accent."
Remember, all of us are decended from "immigrants," who had to throw in the towel on their "home country" to seek a better life elsewhere.
With Dubya's second term: MANY PEOPLE MAY DECIDE TO FOLLOW THE MONEY
OUT OF THE US!
